Recent studies show that nowadays a lot of people want to stay healthy. For my project I have found some information in the table about humans in Zetland. The data includes the results of the opinion polls illustrating how people stay healthy. In this essay I am going to analyze this information and express my own opinion on the importance of staying healthy.

As can be seen from the table, the way like not eating junk food tops the list, standing at 42%, whereas doing morning exercises ranks last in the table with only 2%. Some Zetlanders  also prefer having a balanced diet (24%). The other two approaches include doing sport (22%) and getting to bed early (10%).

There is a substantial difference between the most and the least popular way of stay healthy.  The number of humans who prefer not to eat junk food is at 40% more than ones who enjoy doing morning exercises. This can be explained by the fact that humans are too lazy to get up early in the morning and doing different exercises.

The problem that can arise with some approaches to staying healthy is the lack of money  on healthy food and fresh fruit and vegetables. The best solution is to find vitamins in our helpful products or to grow something by yourself. 

In conclusion, I firmly believe that staying healthy is essential in people’s lives because it is really useful for bones, heart, brain and the body at all.

Overall, as can be seen from the table, the vast majority of people prefer not eating fast food (42%). The percentage of the respondents who have a balanced diet and do sports is 24% and 22%, respectively. some surveyed try getting to bed early (10%). The smallest proportion of people who do morning exercises accounts for 2%.

It is noticeable there is a considerable difference between the respondents who prefer not eating fast food and doing morning exercises not eating fast food is less than 21 times as popular as doing morning exercises. I think it’s going to be explained by the fact that it is more difficult to wake up early and do exercises than not to eat fast food.

Analyzing the data, the problems that can arise with some protists to staying healthy is laziness of people who try keeping fit. can lead to healthy issues among humans. the best solution is to try doing exercises with friends.

In conclusion, I think staying healthy is extremely important because it gives us energy to live without limits.

I think it can be explained by the fact that people in Zetland have a lot of work so that they can not go to bed early.

Although staying healthy is good for people, it can cause some problems. For instance, people can lose the motivation to lead the healthy lifestyle. I think that the best way to solve this problem it’s to watch different programs about health in the internet.

In conclusion, I think that staying healthy is very important for people because there is a healthy mind the healthy body.

Остановимся только на употреблении запятой, потому что  различие между русским и английском языком в отношении знаков препинания проявляется главным образом в этом. Правил довольно много, вот лишь некоторые из них.

Запятой отделяются:
1) однородные члены предложения, при этом в отличие от русского языка, запятая ставится часто и перед последним членом перечисления, введенным союзом and или or: I have a living-room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

2)  обстоятельственные придаточные предложения, если они стоят в начале предложения перед главным.

 Если придаточное следует за главным, то оно запятой не отделяется:

Nowadays sport
is becoming more and more popular among young people. They have been encouraged
to engage in sport activities even since childhood. For many it is part of
their daily routine. As part of my project, I found a pie chart with some
information about what causes Zetland teenagers to do sports. In this essay I’m
going to comment on the data and give my opinion on the subject at my project.

According
to the data in the pie chart, loosing weight is the most popular reason to do
sports(35%). Improving health tends to be the least popular reason with 10% of
the respondents choosing it.

As it
can be seen from the pie chart, the young people prefer do sports by going
together with friends more than doing it to improve health (19% and 10%
respectively). It can be inferred that the respondents see sport as a good opportunity
to spend quality time with their friends who can make this fun and less intense.

Clearly,
not everyone loves sports. Ignoring sport activities can make young people gain
weight or even get obesity. The best solution, in my opinion, is to keep active
lifestyle. The least thing a person can do is to move. Walk around a city and
try to make at least 10,000 steps.

In conclusion,
I think that sport is essential in young people’s lives because It’s important
for them to stay active. Good health and body shape is impossible without
movements.
