CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your upcoming order at any time before the charge date — once the order has been charged and processed we will be unable to cancel the order.

We’ll send you a renewal reminder email 3 days prior to your charge date so you have some time to confirm the order and double check the shipping address; any changes made to the account after the charge date will only reflect on future orders.

You can cancel your order by logging into your account and skipping it, pushing back the order date, or by contacting us.

Cancelling your subscription affects future orders only, so you will be responsible for all orders processed before the cancellation.

Cancellation by Reel

In the event a product is out of stock, has errors in pricing or of any unforeseen discrepancy, orders may not be processed and you will be notified. Restrictions and Limitations

We do not grant refunds on those purchases.

Restrictions on Refunds to Resellers, Distributors and Channel Partners. If you purchased a subscription and/or Solution for resale to a third party, you have a right to receive refunds only if the right is granted by your Reseller Agreement, Distribution Agreement, Channel Partner Agreement or other agreement with us. Please review your agreement with us before requesting a cancellation and refund.

Other Restrictions. We do not grant cancellations and refunds for the purchase of any:

  • Solution if you completed the purchase more than 30 days prior to the date you requested a cancellation and refund
  • CD, DVD or other physical medium on which we provide a copy of a Solution, unless the physical medium is defective
  • service we have fully performed prior to the date you requested a cancellation and refund
  • Solution within 6 months after you have received a cancellation and refund for any prior purchase of the same Solution

Cancellation Policy>

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. Customers can login to their backend or visit http://in.jbl.com/support-order-status.html and check the delivery status of the product. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

Refund of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days. We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.

A customer can ask for a refund if the specification of product received is not as per the specifications mentioned in the website or if the product replacement takes more than 14 working days. A refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product, a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Please note that depending on the situation, the amount may be refunded after deducting the bank and delivery charges.

Replacement Policy

Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective or has a physical damage. In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items please report the same to our Customer Service team by calling 1800 102 0525 and/or by sending an email to India_Csupport@Harman.com. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of any product defect coming up within the 1st 10 days of invoice date then the product may be replaced basis the nature of the problem, however if the defect is minor then the product will be sent for repair. Any product defect notified after 10 days of invoice will not be eligible for a replacement. A product will not be replaced if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product, a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user. The customer will be responsible for sending the defective/damaged product to the service centre and the charges will be borne by the customer itself, however while the product is sent back to the customer the charges will be borne by the merchant.

Что представляет собой 2 задание — вопросы к картинке

Второе задание является заданием базового уровня сложности, в рамках которого экзаменуемым предлагается некое рекламное объявление в соответствии с коммуникативной ситуацией.

Легенда такая: экзаменуемый увидел рекламное объявление и хочет уточнить информацию, чтобы принять решение, стоит ли воспользоваться данным рекламным предложением. Для этого экзаменуемым предлагается задать ровно 4 уточняющих вопроса.

Долго думать над вопросами не получится, поскольку на подготовку дается всего полторы минуты (на каждый вопрос отводится 20 секунд). Каждый корректно заданный вопрос оценивается в 1 балл. В зачет идут только прямые, грамматически правильно составленные вопросы, соответствующие указанному в задании запросу. Максимально за данное задание можно получить 4 балла.

Здороваться с вымышленным собеседником, представляться и т.п. не нужно — достаточно просто задать 4 прямых вопроса на основе опорных слов.

Как задать вопросы во 2 задании устной части ЕГЭ — советы от ФИПИ

Обязательно повторите правило образования общих и специальных вопросов, обращая внимание на строгий порядок слов в вопросительном предложении. Задавать нужно только прямые вопросы, однако если экзаменуемый использует вежливый оборот и, например, спросит: Could you tell me where your café is situated? (Не могли бы вы сказать мне, где находится ваше кафе?), ошибки не будет.

Но! Если автор начинает свой вопрос с аналогичного оборота, который сам по себе имеет вопросительную форму, а далее использует предложение с вопросительным порядком слов, то вопрос засчитан не будет.

Конструкции типа «What about…?»,  «Could you tell me about…?» и т.п. не являются прямыми вопросами, поэтому не будут засчитаны как верные ответы на данное задание.

Важный момент: Если экзаменуемый задал вопрос, но сам догадался, что допустил ошибку, он может успеть в отведенное время переформулировать вопрос правильно.

Однако если он вдогонку к правильному задаст некорректный вопрос, то балла не получит, поскольку экзаменатор оценивает только один вопрос — последний из прозвучавших.

Вспомним самые распространенные вопросительные слова в английском языке:

When? — Когда?

Why? — Почему?

What? — Что? Какой?

Where? — Где? Куда?

How many? — Сколько (исчисляемых предметов)?

How much? — Сколько (когда речь идет о неисчисляемом)?

Какой вопрос считается правильным?

Правильным будет считаться вопрос, который по содержанию полностью соответствует поставленной задаче. Если в вопросе написано «equipment rental» (аренда оборудования), то вопросы про время работы или месторасположение организации будут неуместны.

Вопрос должен иметь правильную грамматическую форму. В прямом вопросе вспомогательный глагол идет перед подлежащим. Рассмотрим на примере:

  • Прямой вопрос: Where is the mini-golf club located? — Где находится мини-гольф-клуб?
  • Косвенный вопрос: Could you tell me where the mini-golf club is located? — Не могли бы вы сказать мне, где находится клуб мини-гольфа?

По условиям задания, допускаются незначительные фонетические и лексические погрешности, не затрудняющие восприятие сказанного.

Не будет лишним еще раз напомнить: Время, которое отводится на каждый вопрос (20 секунд) достаточно для того, чтобы успеть исправить ошибку. Если вы задали вопрос и поняли, что допустили ошибку, используйте отведенное время, чтобы задать тот же вопрос правильно. При этом не забывайте, что оценивается один вопрос — последний из прозвучавших.

Внимание! В формате КИМ ЕГЭ 2022 произошли изменения: в Задании 2 нужно задать четыре прямых вопроса вместо пяти. Время, выделяемое на подготовку, не изменилось и составляет по-прежнему 1,5 минуты. Время ответа – 20 секунд для того, чтобы задать один вопрос. Максимальный балл – 4 балла, то есть, за каждый правильно поставленный вопрос учащийся получает 1 балл.

— обратите внимание, что если в одном из пунктов, предложенных в задании, присутствует слово «IF», то это сигнал того, что Вам нужно построить вопрос общего типа

— на экзамене задавайте вопросы общего (General Question) и специального типа (Special Question)

— не забывайте употреблять вспомогательные глаголы

— не рекомендуется задавать косвенные вопросы типа: “Could you tell me…”

— не нужно начинать свой ответ с этикетного диалога: “Hello. My name is Ann and I’m calling to find out more information about …”

Кратко о задании на прямые вопросы.

В этом типе заданий вам предлагается какая-либо ситуация (вы собираетесь записаться в танцевальную школу или на языковые курсы; вам предстоит путешествие за границу; вы намереваетесь приобрести какой-либо товар и т.п.). В данной ситуации вам хотелось бы прояснить для себя несколько вопросов и получить дополнительную информацию. И вот вы, якобы, звоните в интересующую вас компанию и задаете им вопросы.

В задании вам предложены четыре ключевых слова или фраз, на основе которых вы и должны задать вопросы. Если, к примеру, вы видите слово price, то вопрос должен быть о цене товара или услуги. Если же вам встретилось слово location, то вы должны задать вопрос о местонахождении компании.

Запомните: вопросы должны быть адекватны ситуации. Так, если вы, якобы, звоните в цветочный магазин и узнаете его местонахождение, то не надо выпаливать Where are you located? Вы интересуетесь местонахождением конкретного сотрудника магазина, который вам ответил, или самого магазина? Вопрос должен быть однозначен и понятен: Where is your flower shop located?
