| Last summer I visited my godmother. Once she came from the work and suggested to go to the entertainment park next day and I, of course, agreed. It was my first journey in such place. At first we bought candyfloss and ice-cream, and then we went to jump on trampoline. I never laughed so much, we jumped and fell, stood up and fell again. Dasha and my godmother were afraid of height but I persuaded them to go there and to watch the town from the height. We didn’t cut any slack that we came there, the fear of height stood away as soon as a wonderful panorama opened before us. We felt like birds sailing in the sky; houses, trees and streets seemed tiny figures of the dollhouse. My best holiday
Two years ago I visited Paris with my family. We spent five days there and we had a wonderful time. We stayed in a beautiful hotel in the city centre and we did lots of sightseeing and shopping. We walked down the Champs Elysees and we saw the Arc de Triomphe (The Triumph Arch). We enjoyed an amazing view of the city from the top of the Eiffel Tower, spent a day in the Louver and had coffee at the little coffee shops in Montmartre. We also went on a day trip to Euro Disney, where we had the time of our lives with our favourite cartoon characters! This was the best holiday I had ever had!

Мы также ходили в Евро Дисней парк, где мы провели время с нашими любимыми мультипликационными персонажами! Это был лучший отпуск, который у меня был.
Olympic Games XXII were opened in Sochi in February 7 in 2014. It is the second Olympiad for Russia. The first one was in 1980. The difference is that there were summer Olympic Games in 1980 and winter games in 2014. But the whole country worried about this event and supported our sportsmen.
In the beginning it was not really clear why Russian summer city had become a city for winter Olympic Games. But it’s another reason to be proud of Sochi. The Olympic Games 2014 were set in two main zones: “Krasnaya Poliana” and “Rosa Hutor”. And in the center of city a huge park was built for skating, hockey and all kind of sport that need closed spase.
Olympic park had few zones. These zones were divided for different kind of sport and also there was Olympic village.
Olympiad had been lasting for 17 days. Totally 92 medals were played out in 15 kind of sport. Olympic Games in Sochi had a symbol with three animals. They were a polar bear, a hare and a leopard. And popular Russian singers sang the anthem.
In general I think it was a big step to a better future. Our country always have many tourists and guests. But in 2014 Russia had been visited by million of people. I think Russia has earned a lot of money. But also Olympiad here is a sign that our country is powerful and popular.
I haven’t been on this event but I watched it on TV. There were really a lot of people from all over the world. I hope our country will have a chance to host Olympic Games again soon and I will definitely go there. I think this is a historical event and we have to be proud about it and our sportsmen who represent our country.

XXII Олимпийские Игры были проведены в Сочи 7 февраля 2014 года. Это вторая по счету Олимпиада, которая прошла в России. Самая первая была проведена в 1980 года. Разница между ними заключается в том, что в 1980 году проходили летние Олимпийские Игры, а в 2014 прошли зимние игры. Но вся страна волновалась по поводу игр и поддерживала наших спортсменов.
Вначале было не совсем понятно, почему российский летний город стал центром проведения зимних Олимпийских Игр. Хотя, для нас это очередной повод гордится родным Сочи.
Олимпийские Игры 2014 проходили в двух основных зонах- Красная Поляна и Роза Хутор. А в центре города был возведён огромный олимпийский парк для соревнований по фигурному катанию, хоккею и всем другим видам спорта, которые должны проходить в закрытом пространстве.
Олимпийский парк представлял собой несколько зон. Эти зоны были поделены для разных видов спорта, а также была построена олимпийская деревня.
Олимпиада проходила на протяжении 17 дней. Всего было разыграно 92 медали в 15 разных видах спорта. Символом Олимпийских Игр в Сочи стали 3 животных. Это белый медведь, заяц и леопард. А российская эстрада исполнила гимн Олимпийских Игр.
Вообще я считаю, что это стало огромным шагом в лучшее будущее. В нашей стране всегда было много гостей и туристов. А в 2014 году Россию посетило более миллиона человек. Я думаю, страна заработала немалые деньги. Ну а сама Олимпиада стала знаком того, что Россия могущественная и популярная держава.
Я сама лично не присутствовала на этом событие, но смотрела все по телевизору. Там и правда было много людей со всего мира. Надеюсь, однажды Россия снова получит возможность проводить Олимпиаду и тогда я точно отправлюсь туда. Я думаю, что это историческое событие и мы должны гордиться этим. А ещё должны гордиться нашими спортсменами, которые представляли нашу страну.

I would like to tell about Central park. This big and beautiful park is located in the centre of the city. There are always a lot of people in this popular place. There are lovely sunlit lawns and quiet spots hidden in the shade of trees. Right in the middle of the park there is a big lake with crystal clear water. Swans, ducks and other water birds live there.
There are benches along the park’s paths. There are also a few cafes and other eateries where visitors can relax enjoying a cup ofcoffee. Little guests will love to spend time at a small playground. Bicycle lanes run around the park.
In summer this park becomes a very lively place. Some people come to picnic here. Others just sit on soft grass while reading an interesting book or resting. During hot days people come here to lie in the sun. For those who prefer active sports, there is a sports ground to play volleyball and other sport games.
In winter this park becomes especially fascinating. It is always nice to walk along quiet paths and listen to birds’ singing. Dog owners also come here to walk their pets.

After all, what could be steeper than riding a railway from a huge height from top to bottom at a mad speed or make a “dead loop” under a node of 90 degrees. It is such entertainment that gives the thrill and extreme mood.
The roller coaster is considered to be modern attractions. New ways and high technologies modernize them and make them higher, more powerful, faster and more terrible.
The idea of ??”roller coaster” arose several centuries ago. In the state of Pennsylvania, a large number of railways were built in the mountainous terrain to transport coal to populated areas. And people who vacation in the mountains, often rented cars to ride and have fun. In 1884, the first roller coaster was officially presented in Coney Island, which was designed by inventor John Taylorpod. Initially, they were built of wood, and later were transformed into a full-fledged railway system, the design of which allowed trolleys with passengers to pass along rails, dramatically changing the speed and direction. You can see teens walking in groups, families with small children, elderly people in parks. People go there not only for relaxation in nature’s lap, but also to meet old friends, to chat, to play board games, such as chess or backgammon. However, parks can be of different types, for example, national parks, urban parks, private parks, amusement or theme parks, zoological parks or zoos, arboreta, and some others. I think that all parks are equally important and beneficial. National parks serve for conservation purposes. An elephant safari in India is considered to be a national park. Apart from elephants, this park protects a great variety of flora and fauna. Urban parks are recreational spaces, which we often see in cities. They are usually owned by local government. One of the most beautiful and spacious urban parks in England is the Regent’s Park. Private parks can be found in different places. They are usually owned by individuals. Amusement parks or theme parks are children’s favourite. They can ride a roller coaster, go down a water slide, participate in miniature train rides, win a toy, take pictures, or simply play at the playground there. Most of all children want to visit the famous Disneyland Park. Zoological parks are better known as zoos. These are places, where animals are confined within enclosures and are displayed to the public. The largest zoo in the world is situated in Nebraska. It covers more than 130 acres of land and houses about 17,000 animals of numerous species. Arboretum is an eye-catching park, which contains a collection of trees only. In some places arboreta are called botanical gardens.O
